This team had both Kempf and Rhajat, as well as Brami, Hel, Ophelia, and… Nino? (don’t remember) Flash against Sophia was basically an invitation to help me get pots that were at the top right. Really glad I finally gave Sophia Pulse Smoke this week to essentially disarm Ophelia, it’s really made her much more viable now. I’ve just started to track my team setups for every AR match throughout the week, and this is my 3rd week doing so. So 2 weeks ago, I only used my Sophia setup once, against a poorly done cavline. This was probably my first time using her against a team with a prominent tanky physical unit (Kempf), but considering there was only one blue unit on the team and I could Pulse her by hitting Hel first, that’s what I went with.

I didn’t even check what special Kiria had, but the observation is “This is why we don’t use Glimmer on defense”.

Building Mathilda for Sophia has also finally started to show results.

The double Drive Atk actually mattered today lol.

IVs I didn’t think much on and ended up with neutral, but +HP seems nice now since it’s her only superboon and puts her another building threshold up. But it’s not like buildings really affect her anyway, besides Panic Manor… eh. Neutral trades 3 HP for 1 SPD and 1 RES.

She’s definitely slept on just because the refine is one stat less than MCorrin’s. And I guess she doesn’t have as much chill soaking capability compared to MCorrin, but MCorrin isn’t great for chill soaking these days for me either, his BST is just that behind. Resplendent could save him quite a bit, and flowers… but infantry flower debt.
